Shipping & Returns
Returns & Exchanges may be handled in store to avoid additional shipping charges.
Returns may only be accepted if:
- APPROVED by contacting Joseph's Department Store prior to shipping the item back.
- Contact JDS upon delivery of mishandled or damaged packaging.
- The ORIGINAL Manufacturer tags and packaging are intact.
- Item has been shipped within TEN (10) business days.
Shipping charges may only be refunded on any purchase in circumstances where Joseph's Department Store is at fault. Some exceptions may apply.
